RSS:

Want to keep up to date with Scars1? Use our RSS feed and get the Body1 Network's health news and features sent to you as soon as they’re published.

What is an RSS feed?
RSS is like a free magazine subscription on the web. Instead of repeatedly visiting your favorite sites to check for new stories, you can subscribe to their RSS feed and your RSS reader will send you the latest headlines, summaries and links in one easy to read place.

How do I get an RSS feed or an RSS reader?
In order for the RSS feed to work you need to get an RSS reader. There are many RSS readers available on the Internet. If you have a Web mail account with one of the major providers such as Yahoo mail, Gmail, or AOL, you can easily get their version of an RSS feeder.

Sample RSS Readers

Mozilla Thunderbird

My Yahoo

Ampheta Desk

NewsGator

Google Reader

Feedreader

Bloglines

My AOL

BottomFeeder

RSS Reader

My MSN

Pluck RSS Reader

Once I have an RSS reader, what do I do?
Follow the instructions in the RSS reader to add a subscription. At the prompt for the RSS feed or URL, copy and paste the link of the site you want into the entry field:
