    Very interesting video. I have so far never lowered my basal rate to the suggested 50% on this video - but I may try it next time I do an aerobic exercise. Of course first making sure prior to exercise that my BG is not too high or low. I'm going to go and check out this website that made this video as well for more tips. Thanks for posting this.
