I never really suffered from massive acne like my friends did (knock on wood), however, I am very aware of it since that was the most concern topic of my social world as a teen growing up. I am from tropical area in Asia, the humidity climate was seen as one of the most important cause of the teen acne problem in the area along with irregular lifestyle, such as not getting enough sleep and not eating right. As a result, people have found different ways to fight the unchangeable nature by consuming herbal tea or certain vegetable to reduce the “heat and humidity” in our bodies. We believe that only natural ingredients are healthy and powerful enough to heal our bodies in many ways, whereas in the states, my friends rely on medical cream and birth control pills to regulate the hormone. What do you think? Which do you prefer? However, keep in mind that the Asian herbal treats method changes depending on the area. Different area might use different herbal medicine because of the difference in cuisine and climate.
