I burned myself in the leg with an iron the other day. It only touched my skin for a split second, but it left a huge, red, bulging mark (I guess the iron was just that hot). I'm worried about it scarring and was wondering if there are any preventative meassures I can take now to prevent it from leaving a permanent mark.

Thanks.
